Exercise Schedule Flyer

This is an exciting community where no mater what level of outgoing you are you can find something to do besides to live here.  Our exercise classes varie from dance like Zumba to Chair Excersizes and Muscle strenghening like Aerobics and even some brain teasing class such as line dancing and Yoga.  Be involve as we love to you see you out in the clubhouse.

    • 6:30pm - ZUMBA - Paula

    • 10:30am - AEROBICS (standing & sitting) - Marian
  • Wednesday
    • 10:00am - ZUMBA - Marian/Paula
    • 11:00am - GENTLE MAT YOGA - Marian
  • Thursday
    • 10:30am - AEROBICS (standing & sitting) - Marian
    • 6:30pm - ZUMBA - Elka
  • Friday
    • 10:00am - ZUMBA - Paula
